At MS-RT, Josh played a pivotal role in enabling the Ford dealer network with MS-RT products, working first as a Sales Coordinator and later as a Regional Account Manager.
With over seven years of experience in vehicle leasing and sales, Josh brings a wealth of knowledge in corporate sales, strategic planning, and client relations. His career began at Drivespeed Leasing Limited, where he developed his expertise in delivering tailored leasing solutions.

Colin Wilkinson is a seasoned leader with a wealth of experience working both in the UK and internationally. Over his career, Colin has managed multidisciplinary teams of up to 100 members, skillfully navigating diverse personalities, cultures, and challenges. His commitment to customer satisfaction drives everything he does, and he is passionate about motivating his teams to deliver outstanding service at every touchpoint.
Currently, as Director of Vanation Ltd, Colin oversees the supply of vans to fleets of all sizes, providing tailored solutions to meet the needs of businesses across North Yorkshire and beyond. Before this, he served as General Manager at Summit Vans, leading a dynamic team specializing in contract hire, flexi-lease, and outright vehicle purchases.
Colin’s career also includes a significant entrepreneurial chapter, during which he helped small businesses enhance their digital presence through website development, hosting, and optimizing Google Business profiles. Earlier roles, such as Sales Director at Emirates Motor Company and Rybrook, saw him driving strategies for premium automotive brands, increasing sales, and fostering customer loyalty on a global scale.
